 In order to provide its services in a timely and effective manner, Kenyon collects the following categories of personal information about consumers: (1) name; (2) address; (3) phone number; (4) email address; and (5) payment information. The only source of personal information is the consumer. The personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing services to the consumer. Kenyon does not share this personal information with any third parties. The consumer may request that Kenyon disclose the personal information it has retained about the consumer by contacting Kenyon at 1-833-998-2954 or CCPA@kenyonweb.com. Upon verification of the consumer’s identity, Kenyon will disclose the personal information to the consumer and upon the consumer’s request, Kenyon will delete the personal information (upon completion of services and receipt of payment).
