3461 E Cuervo Lane, Yuma, AZ 85365. I need to have some stucco repair done to my home as a condition of the sale of the home. The area that needs to be repaired is on the chimney case/crown. The home inspector deemed that this area of the stucco is deteriorating and needs resealing. I would like someone to go to the home, assess the area that needs repair, and provide me with an estimate. I will be in Yuma next week, 1/25-1/30, and would like the repairs to be performed during that time. Thank you.
